  • In case a damaged or defective custom-printed product is received, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with valid proof, such as a clear unboxing video and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Claims without proper proof or raised after use of the product may not be accepted.

  • Customers are requested to check the product immediately upon delivery and report issues promptly.
