Refunds & Replacements Policy

At PPAPER LOOPS SOLUTION (“Paper Loops”, “we”, “our”, “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Refunds & Replacements Policy carefully before placing an order, especially for custom-printed products.


1. No Refund on Custom-Printed Products

  • Customized or custom-printed products (including but not limited to printed ID cards, personalized stationery, school items made on order) are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • These products are made specifically as per customer requirements and cannot be resold.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • A request raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • To be eligible for replacement consideration, you must provide:

    • A clear unboxing video (from unopened package to product)

    • Clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging

⚠️ Claims without proper proof will not be processed.


3. Replacement Policy

  • Upon verification of the submitted proof, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

  • Replacement will be processed only if the damage or defect is confirmed to have occurred during transit or manufacturing.

  • No cash refund will be provided for custom-printed items under any circumstances.


4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling

  • Incorrect details provided by the customer (name, design, spelling, size, etc.)

  • Orders placed by mistake or change of mind after confirmation

  • Claims raised without unboxing video or after the allowed time period


5. Shipping & Handling Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are beyond our control.
