Since these are personalised products:

• Minor colour variations may occur due to screen/display differences.
• Handcrafted items may have slight variations in finish or alignment.
• Resin coating may contain tiny bubbles or texture differences due to handmade processing.

Product dimensions and specifications mentioned on the website are approximate.

3. Customer Uploaded Content

By uploading photos, logos, or designs, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the uploaded content.
• The content does not violate copyright, trademark, or any legal rights.
• The content is not offensive, illegal, or harmful.

PaperLoop is not responsible for copyright violations caused by customer-uploaded content.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Custom orders generally require 2–7 business days for production.
• During peak seasons or festivals, delays may occur.

Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible for personalised products.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeline; however:

• Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and location.
• Delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or natural events are beyond our control.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

Incorrect addresses may result in failed delivery or additional charges.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

• Customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
• Customers must report damaged/wrong items within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video/photo proof.

Refunds or replacements are subject to verification.

7. Pricing

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.
